Location is a bit far from major tourist spot but in a nice neighbourhood. Building is clean, and organized store. Went twice looking for a specific product and we were told Thursday is the day some of the product would get replenished. We showed up 20mins before store opens. Short line up. But limited amount of stock its must that showing up first is ideal. Pleasant experience, very attentive and helpful staff.

Can’t afford anything here but the experience is awesome, I make sure to come here whenever I’m in the city and I love showing this place to my friends as well. Nice and varied selection, and I really like how much CDG they have in stock. Down to earth employees as well, I will definitely continue visiting in the future

Very hip place to browse for unique jewelry and clothing if you're not mainstream lux. Expensive items, but still good value if individuality is a priority.

Buyer Beware. I ordered a $2500 Bottega Venata ladies purse/belt bag. Online from their website. It was a Christmas gift for my wife. Their website indicated it was in stock and would arrive in time for Christmas. My credit card was charged right away. To be sure, I emailed them and they assured me that it would ship and arrive in time for Christmas. On December 21 they tell me it will arrive the week after Christmas. But wait… it gets worse. Then later that day they email me and tell me they actually don’t have the bag and they cannot find one to sell me. Instead they tried to sell me a completely different bag. So it appears that what they do is sell you items they don’t have and then they try to locate them. Empty promises. They did issue a refund after I refused to buy the alternate bag they offered. Again - buyer beware.

This store is sick, expensive, and epic. We always come here every time we visit, literally every time. We usually just come to look at the new exhibits, wear fun outfits, and occasionally buy some small things. While the clothes here are typically crazy expensive, it’s cool to see this caliber of fashion this close. The bakery is also pretty cool, very healthy focused food, but delicious. The staff is very friendly if you approach them, but they won’t hound you like other luxury stores. Quick tip: Take the stairs! They are way quicker than the elevator and less crowded!

Such a fun store with thoughtful creative design. My daughter is excited about fashion and loved browsing here. Most of the coolest stuff was out of range but the staff was friendly and we did find something that worked for us.

this is hands down the coolest store I've ever been to, it's like shopping while walking through a art gallery. the employees were also really nice and they knew their stuff, but they sometimes took their time to check if the sizes are still avalibale.
